Rebecca Dawn
Rebecca Dawn is a recording and performance artist and freestyle rapper, who got her start as a university student in Mexico, where she made an impact with her outspoken nature on television and radio using rhythm-and-poetry (RAP) in English and Spanish to deliver messages of youth empowerment.
Rebecca holds a Master of Science degree in tropical rainforest ecology; and has worked on community empowerment projects in Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Nicaragua and Mexico. Rebecca believes in the transformative power of the immersion experience, and seeks to create a sensory habitat where participants can explore new ideas as if they were travelers on a new and exciting landscape. Rebecca channels positive energy in her live performance.
