The YWOP PivotFWD is an engaging, interactive, strength based curriculum designed to equip teen girls with tools to make positive choices while instilling the confidence to do so. This program is delivered in six 2 ½ hour sessions. Girls who complete the program leave empowered and with practical tools and a mindset shift on how they view themselves and other females.
Topics addressed include: Self-Esteem & Self-Image (Seeing Your Beauty), Family (Breaking the Cycle Starts with Me), Friendships (You have the Power to Choose), Dating Relationships (Guard Your Heart), School Culture (Attaining Your Personal Best) and Mental Health (Choose Life).
Transportation: This location is directly beside the Chinook LRT if students need to take transit to attend.
